Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. If you act on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.
Our Services
- A digital platform for managing tip payouts to employees
- Real-time tracking of tip earnings
- Access to micro-loan facilities based on earnings
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Account Registration and Security
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
User Obligations
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse, duplicate, or interfere with our services.
- Ensure all information submitted is accurate and up-to-date.
- Comply with applicable laws, including POPIA, FICA, and NCR regulations.
Loan Terms
- Loans are subject to approval based on real-time tipping data and internal credit scoring.
- Interest is capped at 17% per annum and may vary depending on the loan product.
- Late or missed repayments may affect future credit eligibility.
- Zuto Finance reserves the right to report delinquencies to registered credit bureaus.
Fees and Charges
- Employers are charged a platform fee (e.g. R850/month/store).
- Employees are charged transactional fee (e.g. R12/employee transaction) which forms part of the administrative fees.
- Employees receiving loans may be charged interest.
- Fees are communicated upfront and subject to change with notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Zutohub or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Zutohub may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may also request account deactivation in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated where materially relevant.
